🕒 Webinar Refund Policy
Webinar registration fees are refundable only within 24 hours of the original payment, provided the webinar has not already been attended or accessed.
After 24 hours, or once the webinar access link has been shared or the event has started, no refund requests will be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment gateway.
💳 Processing Charges
A 12% deduction will be applied to all approved refunds to cover:
Payment gateway charges
Administrative and processing costs
The refundable amount (after deduction) will be credited back to the original payment method.
📩 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us from your registered email ID only at:

Registered Email ID
Date of Payment
Screenshot of the payment receipt/invoice (showing date & time)
Reason for requesting the refund
⚠️ Refund requests without complete details or sent from unregistered email IDs will not be processed.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Webinar cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of payment.
Cancellation or refund requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The refund request is made after the 24-hour window.
The webinar has already started or access details have been shared.
Failure to attend the webinar due to personal or technical reasons.
Change of mind after registration.
